The Salon by Lora Brown is looking for enthusiastic,motivated and driven stylist with a passion for hair and people.

The Salon by Lora Brown is a commission salon and works off of a level system. The system allows the stylist to work their way up the ladder to having insurance, a personal assistant, and eventually buying/ earning stock in the company.

The Salon by Lora Brown helps the stylist complete the level system by :

  Providing education twice a month in the salon.

  Webinar training.

  Teach the stylist how to track their numbers to move to the next level.

  Monthly meetings on performance and growth to help reach their goals.

  Working together by their side if needed with clients.

  Teaching take home for the client.

  Commission on take home sales.

  Implementing referal programs.
